Returns and Exchanges 
 

We accept exchanges and rContact us within 3 days of receiving your order. 

​To be eligible for exchange, You must return your jewelry within 10 days after receiving your order.

 

We don't accept refunds or cancellations.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order. 

 

 The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized order

  • Items on sale

 

 

Conditions of return:

Jewelry must be returned unused condition, in its original packeging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Rates

USPS Standard Shipping Domestic  (1–3 )days $5 for item: $2 for additional items 

USPS Standard Canada (1-10)  $ 10 for first Item: $2 for additional item 
USPS Standard Shipping International  2–3  weeks $14 for first Item; $2 for each additional Item.

 

Special Orders:

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks( (might change during the holiday seasons) for all special order jewelry to be handmade, just for you!
